Description
SGR high temperature flexible duct is produced from a fiberglass fabric impregnated with silicone
rubber. The core is interlocked with a galvanized external helix (stainless helix optional). This
product is considerably light weight, water & oil resistant, flame retardant and emits low smoke. The
SGR is perfect for fume extraction and a variety of high temperature applications. This product is
extremely flexible, offers excellent abrasion resistance and is highly tear and puncture
resistant. Temperature range of the SGR is - 67° F to + 500° F (- 55° C to 260° C). The base material
also meets rigid requirements for use in nuclear reactors, NRC Guide 1.36 and Military Specification
MIL-1-24244.
